Since December of last year, I have been charged £24.98 in three separate payments of £3.00, £9.99, and £11.99 now I have three possible accounts this may have come from but no have outgoing payments. I have only just realised I have been paying this and I don't intend to keep whatever I'm paying for. could anyone help me try and find what I'm paying for as I cant speak to someone over the phone?
@Camcpenn those payments more than likely relate to an entertainment pass, cinema pass and hd boost pass.
You can see active passes when logged in here by clicking on the little man in the top right>manage account>passes and vouchers.
If you have active passes, use the cancel pass button below each one, ensuring you go through the process completely until you get a confirmation message on screen and notification of a cancellation email.
If you don't see any active passes, you may have signed up using a different email address so use the account finder tool
