I had app on my tv but now they have all gone even Netflix I had a ethernet in my tv box but all my app aren't there now can you please help I'm new to now tv

What's the make and model of the playback device that you was watching NOW on ?

It wasn't a old white NOW TV box by any chance (though that device didn't have Ethernet).

Is your device one of the supported devices from this link article  below  ?

If it is, then the first thing I would try is a power reboot on both your playback device and Router.

Hi @Jaljulie12 

Also forget to mention if the TV screen is blank or says something like no signal.

Then check the HDMI cable and there is power onto the playback device if using something like an external streaming box and also make sure that the TV input button on the remote is on the correct HDMI input source.

What are you seeing on the TV screen when on the correct HDMI input source to your external streaming device?

So you are using a smart TV with the native inbuilt NOW App on it ?

If so, what is the make and model number and is it on the list link that I posted ?

Have you tried unplugging the power to both the TV and Router for about 2 minutes?

Cello smart TV's don't officially support the NOW App.

They do support Netflix I am guessing.

Sounds like an internet problem.

If your TV uses both Ethernet and wifi then try both.

I have just noticed your post on a different thread.

So you have NOW Broadband only and can't get any of the Apps on your Cello smart TV to work? 

On the NOW Router is all three green lights illuminated on the front of the Router or is the middle light amber or red ?
