Judging by previous posts, NOWTV are only able to have shows on demand for a limited time. So they come and go. I suspect GoT was brought back just before the start of each new season. If the current season is the last, then you'll have to keep an eye on the latest news to find out what happens. It would seem the dates attached to episodes can occasionally change too.
