Thieving ######

You lot are a bunch of thieving ######, I’ve cancel my payment  and seem to always take ###### money out my account, I don’t have any passes activity nothing so why are you taken money out my account if you can’t prove I’m using the service and can’t ###### cancel it can I, wonder why you do online instead of phone calls cause the mount of ###### you lot get for robbing people, should be ###### a shamed of yourself

Welcome to the customer forum. That’s exactly what this is, a customer forum.

Now TV staff rarely monitor and post on the forum, so your massive rant full of swearing will simply go unnoticed. 

You absolutely have to contact Now TV directly for anything to get done.

 

It sounds like you have a duplicate account, so use this link to determine how many accounts you have with the same payment details.

Then you have 3 options for getting in touch with staff

1. Live chat, just make sure you click “chat online” within the green box.
