Telephone number too speak with someone pleasev????

I need to speak to someone but cannot find a number anywhere n no live chat ????

This is a joke. Live chat is unavailable and I like you want to speak to someone as why should I be still paying for sky sports as no football and that’s why I bought it!! Would even swap to the sky cinema whilst this is on but can’t as how do you get hold of these people!!!

As you are both aware Live chat is unavailable. Also to get one thing straight, there is absolutely no contact number for TV Passes, the number for customer services is purely for broadband customers only. 

 

Your best option for now is to fill this form out and await a reply, not ideal but the only working one.

Only Live Chat is available to you. See many other posts for the contact details.

But ‘£26 a year’ isn’t going to play with them 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
