Technical issues!!

Hi, everytime I try watch anything on my now tv box, on any platform, BBC I player, Netflix, even the entertainment channels its throwing me out and on to the home screen and its driving me insane!! Anyone know why this is happening?

When the NowTV box reverts back to the Home Screen is there any message or error code showing on the television screen ?
