My monthly sports pass and Now TV boost is not allowing me to add new devices. I only see one device connected but I'm allowed to watch on 3 screens. How can I reach a technician to talk to or live chat? The community answers does not help as I need an admin to look at it.

Mine is exactly the same. I have spent the past hour on the live chat which did not help at all. I basically just got told to check it with my internet company (which I already have and have paid to upgrade to a faster speed because of this problem. The internet also works fine with everything other device in the house?)
So then I got told that because I purchased my now tv sticks last year they cannot replace them!
I think I'll be leaving! Good luck with you
