I have recently switched from sky to now broadband service. I am still currently using my sky hub because the now hub does not receive the internet access. Sky have now texted me to return the sky hub but I don't know why the now hub only has solid orange light on the internet indicator. My activation date for now was last Monday

When you go to your online account under My Account > Broadband and Calls > Orders & Appointments does it show your NOW Broadband has gone live ?
Also i am guessing you have tried holding in the reset button on the back of the NOW Hub Router for around 15 seconds whilst plugged in and powered up to see if the middle internet light on the front of the NOW Hub goes green (give it about 30 minutes to see if anything happens).
If there is still nothing, then phone the NOW Broadband Team.
