Hey, not sure if anyone can help. Since I have updated my now tv roku box it keeps coming up with “sorry, now tv is currently unavailable”. Not sure how to fix this problem. Haven’t been able to watch tv for days. Don’t know what else to do. Does anyone know what I should be doing. Sorry technology is always my strength.

What device are you using to watch?
PS the service is simply called NOW since last week, they dropped the “TV”
Have you tried to delete the app and reinstall it if not using a NOW stick/box?
Have you tried to unplug your device for a few minutes?
have you tried to unplug your router for a few minutes?

Are you using some sort of software ad blocking software on your Router such has Pi-Hole for example or are you using a BT Home Hub with file sharing disabled?
