Sorry NOW TV is currently unavailable on Samsung TV

I have tried to restart the TV.

it’s working now - I went to the app settings and reinstalled the app.  Didn’t know you could do that. @ukbobboy  @gavs82008

You say you’ve restarted TV. Do you mean putting it back to factory settings? 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
