Something went wrong

About every 10 minutes when I’m watching something on my Now TV, it stops working with a “something happened” message. 
I’m getting so annoyed with it as I pay for 2 passes and I can’t get through a movie or tv show without this message appearing. 
I thought it was my WiFi but I have a stable connection. 
Please can someone help as I really don’t want to cancel my subscription

What device are you using to watch Now TV? 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

It’s on my Xbox, phone, tv and MacBook and it’s always the same

Best to report it directly with Now TV staff via live chat

Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box

Can I assume you have tried to delete the app and reinstall? 

You could always turn off your router for a couple of minutes and put it back on.
