About every 10 minutes when I’m watching something on my Now TV, it stops working with a “something happened” message.
I’m getting so annoyed with it as I pay for 2 passes and I can’t get through a movie or tv show without this message appearing.
I thought it was my WiFi but I have a stable connection.
Please can someone help as I really don’t want to cancel my subscription

Can I assume you have tried to delete the app and reinstall?
You could always turn off your router for a couple of minutes and put it back on.
