I have just replaced my old box with the new smart stick it is telling me to go online and fill in the code it’s giving me , it’s not accepting the code I have tried several as it refreshes every 9 minutes still nothing

A few customers have been having difficulty activating their new Stick or the free voucher code off their Sticks in the last six months or so.
If you are a UK customer, try using this link and if it doesn't work try another internet browser or another device with a browser on it when entering the code seen on the television screen.
Should you still have no joy, then jump over to live chat to see if they can activate the Stick remotely their end on your behalf.
