I was sent a email yesterday saying that I have 5 months sports on mobile free for my loyalty. Watched it yesterday for a couple of minutes great picture I was chuffed, today I planned my day around the football, only to find out I need to pay why do you do this to loyal customers? I would like to know why you don't have a live chat? I can only hope you monitor this? to rectify the problem.

Was you trying to watch one of the five Sky Sports live channels permitted with a NOW sports mobile pass on your smartphone NOW App ?
The permitted channels are Premier League, Action, Arena, Racing (Horses) & News.
With the other six remaining Sky Sports channels you need a full blown NOW Sports Membership (not Mobile Sports Membership).
