Sky mobile

Hello there,

 

I have bought sky sports mobile pass and it’s doesn’t work in my phone. This so ridiculous no contact or live chat. Struggling to contact someone for last two hours.

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Have you tried one of the five Sky Sports channels that you are entitled to watch with a Mobile Sports Pass.

 

The five channels are Premier League, NFL, Arena, Racing (Horses) and News.

 

If you bought the pass for The Carabao Cup, then you need a day, week or full blown sports pass (not mobile).

I just realised sky main event not available and I just now bought sky mobile pass. I can able cancel and get a refund pls
