I’m a sky customer and have sky Q and I also have a tv in another room that has a Amazon fire stick which Now Tv is on. Will I have to pay for a Now tv account to watch sky cinema on the tv with the fire stick as sky go isn’t available on the fire stick.

Short answer is yes. Even though Now TV is officially owned by Sky, your Sky Q subscription will not give you Now TV for free I’m afraid.

Comcast’s US version of Now TV called Peacock TV is based on the same technology as Now TV and they give Peacock TV free to Comcast customers. Perhaps with Comcast owning Sky and in turn Now TV, this might change to something similar in time.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
