I can see from your post that you still can't watch SSN with an active nowtv pass on your account.
Did you contact live chat to see if they could help ?
Sounds to me there is a glitch somewhere which is effecting a couple of customers with SSN.
Did you try a forced software update on your box or stick by following these instructions below and update the software even if it says you are on the same version number.
This updates your software, fixing any faults in the process.
