Hi,
I paid £9.99 for a Sky Sports Day Pass for use on Now TV via a Roku box. When I go to Now TV and 'My Account', it gives me the options to start a 7-Day Free Trial with Kids, Entertainment, Cinema and Hayu, but it says 'Start watching' against Sports.
When I click that button it reverts straight back to Roku home page where it shows Netflix, Spotify, YouTube, etc. I have checked my bank, and the charge has already been deducted, but I still cannot watch Sports.
Any advice for me, please?
