I try to sign in my account on the box. And always say " Sorry, something went wrong. We're working on it. " But I got this a second day.

A couple of quick questions are you based in the UK or the Republic of Ireland ?

 

Are you using a VPN service on your home network ?

 

Does your password contain any special characters like for example & # + / etc or are you just using letters and numbers ?

 

Have you tried switching off both the nowtv box and your router at the mains power for say 10 minutes and then switch on the router first give it time to reboot then switch back on the nowtv box then try signing into the box again.
