Service suspended

Hi,
My services were suspended because I couldnt make the payment within the seven days overdue, I have since made the payment and I was wondering how long it takes for the service to come back normal?

You need to talk to Live Chat about billing issues, or call the broadband number you were given under My Account/Broadband & Calls, or possibly Orders & Appointments, if it’s your broadband you can’t pay for.

On Live Chat, when you can get onto it, keep your answers short, sweet and prompt, or it will time out on you.

If the person you are talking to doesn’t seem able to understand your issue, ask to be escalated to the next level of help.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
