Samsung tv app issue

The app loads fine on my tv but when I hit continue watching on a something or watch live - it tries to load and then just says ‘unable to load video’. 

intermet is fine all other apps working perfectly just can’t watch anything on now tv

 

any help would be appreciated

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

I don't own a Samsung Smart TV, but the first thing i would try is unplugging the power to the television for about 2 minutes.

 

If that doesn't help the next thing i would try is a reboot on your Router.

 

Should you still not be having any joy, maybe remove the NowTV App and try a fresh App install.
