Roku now tv box

Can anyone help me I was watching a programme on my now tv box and it just went off I can’t get any programmes on the only ones that are there is the my apps section, search and App Store and settings I tried factory reset didn’t work I’ve tried updating the box and it says it’s already been updated I can’t watch anything or figure out what’s happened can anyone help thanks

I'm having the same issue no live TV or TV guide. I just spoke to someone who told me it's an on going issue that should be resolved in 24 hours!?!?! I've had nothing but issues with the live TV on my box for about a month. Either the live TV is missing or it freezes and I have to factor reset.
