Request for new router.

Months ago when i started with Now TV broadband i accidently rejected delivery of the new router believing it was something else, i found a crappy old Now tv router i had used before and the password was scarped off, after hours of fiddling about and trying to sing into router i got connected and changed the password, but if the router was to go through a hard reset for any reason i would not be able to use my wifi as the original credentials are not visible on the router and i would be left without, due to my anxiety i have not done anything about it and i wonder if  i am able to get delivery again of there latest router.

You are best to call the broadband team to get the router sorted out.

NOW Broadband customers can get in touch anytime between 8am–11pm.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
