Replacement now stick for old white box now tv

Hi

i was unable to log onto my now tv account until recently. I have the old white now tv box. As I could not log onto my account I could not order the new replacement now tv stick. Any help on how I can resolve this, as I think I am passed the deadline to get the free replacement stick?
