Whilst trying to watch a rented movie I keep getting the message that "there is a problem at the moment (1101)"
Does anyone know what is the cause and a possible solution?

1011 means wrong account details; are you sure it’s not that?
And what device are you watching on, and by ‘rented movie’ do you mean ‘movie on NowTV Cinema pass’, or what, as that is not terminology that NowTV ever use?

I am watching on a black box. I rented a movie via on the black from the Sky store. I was getting a message saying 'loading' followed by the problem message and 1101 in brackets
I have checked my broadband connection and both the ping and jitter are fine. So I was wondering if any one else has this problem.
