  • Hi I brought a now tv box a month ago I did not click on any passes just wondering why you have taken £11.99 and £9.99 out of my account this month please? I can’t afford it did not watch any entertainment or movies as I have Netflix please can you refund me in full as Iam not paying this and can’t afford it thankyou

Hi I have just got an Now TV box set up with a 2 monthly free pass but keep getting charged which I cant afford, I'll be ringing my bank to request this payment back as its unfair I've been charged. I except a full refund. There took £11:99. £9:99 plus £3 all over 3 days. I'm not happy.

Hi I'm not sure why I keep getting charged from nowtv I'm not aware of you
taking payment. I've spoken to my bank they need an account code to
refund the money I cannot afford. Thankyou

Why am i still paying now tv when i cancelled many months ago and find i can not  contact now tv in any way shape or form  to discuss the matter. I have contacted the bank  but little they can do.
