Refund

I want a refund off the passes because I never used my details, and every time I try the live chat thing the bot keeps winding me up and I’m getting angry all I want is me 24.97 pounds back

I would suggest to pop over to live chat where they deal with account related matters and ask them to cancel the pass or passes in question and also ask them for a refund. (Not the chat bot)

Sorry Emma it is not the bot that you are looking at, if you ignore this and follow the link sent above click the get in touch button follow through to the end you will see a blue arrow saying how to get in touch then chat online to speak to an agent who will help you further.
