I’m having problems with my internet.. it’s been like it for 2 days and now tv is the only way I can watch tele. I weren’t sure if there was an issue in the area.. I have tried to find a contact number but I can’t find one anywhere.

If you have double checked the wiring between the Router and your BT socket hasn't come loose and also pressed in the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 seconds.
Then if the middle green internet light is not showing on the front of the Router or your internet speeds are poor, give the NowTV Broadband Team a call.
You will find their telephone number under My Account (whilst logged in on here with your Broadband account details) then select Broadband & Calls, then select Moving Home until the telephone number appears on screen.
The moving home number is the same telephone number for all related NowTV Broadband & Telephone enquiries.
