There is only a phone number for broadband, otherwise everything else is through the chat if you need to speak to someone.

Hi i have got my bank statment and i see that now Tv has taken £20 out of my account can you explain why ?

First choose 'NOW TV account & payments', then 'I have a query about my bill or payment date'.

Then there will be a get in touch drop down, which you would select 'TV' for the live chat

I have done and it dosnt move to what im pressing what you told me to do i am not happy about this i want it sorting i need to speak via phone
