Payments no pass

I cancelled my pass months ago but my bank statements are still saying money is being taken, I have no active passes I've checked, and no other accounts I just want this to stop but can't get it to

Are you subscribed to NowTV Broadband?

 

What amount(s) is/are being taken? This will tell you which passes NowTV think you have.

 

And talk to Live Chat, who may be able to tell you what the situation is, if you tell them which bank account(s) is/are involved.
