Payments and speed

Ok So NO one Informed me tha i am gonna be charged extra . MY speed were never what this offers and now because of this extra charge i am 20 pounds less on my bank account . I am ###### off with this . Plus there is of course no online option to solve this . Great servi ce one thord of speed that i supposed to have and now i am being overcharged for something that doesnt even work properly . screw this crap

third of my normal speed. Tv and game are lagging i am paying a premium to get 60Mb and I get less than 20Mb. I just need reason for this, and get this sorted ASAP or I will ask compensation or I will downgrade or leave this oackage!!!!

Welcome to the customer forum, which is exactly that customer forum. Now TV staff seldomly monitor and post on here. 

 

For all things broadband you are best to call the 0800 free from number to talk with Now TV directly.
