Hi, I was paying £20 a month and December's payment never came out. Now TV have ended my ability to watch It and said I need to update my payment details. (My payment card was still valid until 09/21). I have updated my details with another card but I am only being offered the standard £33.99. Any help would be appreciated as I don't know why they stopped it in the first place. Thanks Darren
