Hi Haylea
You said, "I cancelled all my passes a while ago now...". Just got a few questions for you.
1) Did you get an acknowledgement email from Now TV confirming your passes were cancelled? I asked this because Now TV's cancellation process is quite involved, it asked you to confirm a cancellation 3 or 4 times. And if you don't then you have NOT cancelled the pass and the monthly subscription, for each pass, will continue rolling on.
2) Do you have a secret PIN on your Now TV account, if not then you might find that a (so called) helpful friend or family member may be re-opening your cancelled passes.
3) Have you been hacked? Unlikely but possible, so you should start taking action to safeguard your bank or credit card account.
