Payment.

Good morning, this morning I noticed I transaction on my account, however I no longer use Now Tv and I have cancelled my account so I don't understand why I'm being charged for something I do not use. Could you please refund the full amount as soon as possible please. Thank you.

Pop onto live chat and ask them to look into it for you, if you know that you don't want to use NOW TV anymore ask them to also remove your card details from your account so no further purchases can be made.
