Payment card not saving

Hi, I have just returned to using Nowtv, I have been trying to update card but it will not save. I have tried adding the extra 0 on address and using manual address input but still unable to save card.

i get on to payment card, update my details, then confirm at which time all my card details disappear 

any help much much appreciated

Using a different internet browser worked for this forum member on this linked thread below, though it might not work for you.

Personally myself i have never had a problem updating my card or billing details on NowTV where i mainly use MS Edge or Fire Fox internet browsers.

If neither of these work maybe try the browser in a Private Window or InCognito mode.
