@Anonymous User We’re just customers on here, so can’t help with your problem. However, all I can suggest is that you give customer service a call. As a broadband customer, you should have the contact number in your paperwork. You could try using the chat facility, but I don’t think they’re set up to help broadband customers like you with account/finance problems.
