I got the nowtv stick and received a month free of entertainment and movies. 
I pay for it and my partner uses my account but he doesn’t get the month free he has to start the 7day free trial. Any ideas how to change it so he gets the months free like I have?

Thanks for posting.

If you're both logging in using the same account you should have exactly the same access. 

- Check the email he's logged in with, make sure it matches the one you set up the stick with.

The Movies pass and the Entertainment Pass are separate things, was the month free you got definitely for both?

- check if he's trying to watch a movie or a TV show and check what passes were included with the stick bundle.
