Over charged

I’ve been charged 38 pound in 7 days can’t get to speak to no one it’s so wrong how this can be done and yet there is no one to answer me how do I sort this

Is the "overcharge" payment been for TV passes or broadband?

I have also been overcharged, not just for my passes but also for my internet. I can't seem to find a way of talking to anyone about it.

I’ve been sent a form by email which doesn’t work so how we supposed to fill it out I’ll never now it’s disgusting how they can rob people and nothing can be done well small claims court costs 30 pounds

I’ve been overcharged for the last 3 months and didn’t realise till I just checked my online banking yet can’t find anybody to speak to from now tv as it appears the company is ran by robots! Anybody know how I can contact the company?

I've paid £8:99 on 26th June and then again on 3rd July and can't get to speak to no one ???
