hi,I was given an order n.o. after my smart stick was to be replaced. This was 8 days ago. No info back from cs or answers. Can anyone help with info as to whether there are problems issuing replacement stick

Looking on NowTV website it seems that they currently have no stock of the NowTV stick, where i am guessing this is the reason for the delay in your replacement stick from them 😡.
When you go to My Account > Orders & Appointments whilst logged in here is there any indication of your delivery ?
If not, then maybe contact live chat for an update when they are expecting delivery of new stock and a date you will be receiving your replacement stick.
