Openreach poor workmanship

My broadband broke last week and was quickly fixed by Openreach a day later. However I came home to discover an ugly black cable and box running down the front of the house and next to the front door. Can’t believe the engineer didn’t mention it....every time I come home and open the door it’s right at eye level! I’ve tried to get used to it but don’t think I should have to? Has anyone else experienced this and where do I stand in terms of getting them to come back and relocate it?

Best option would be to call the broadband team and find out what they can do for you.
