I would just like to say that some of nowtv’s customer service are really ignorant! Was on live chat due to my broadband and phone not connecting and was tolled the agent was going to run a line check and as I was waiting I then realized she had actually disconnected me and I was then put into a different chat but before she did this it was like she wasn’t even bothered anyway!! The second person I spoke to though was helpful. The first person I spoke to if she couldn’t be bothered to help me even though it’s her JOB then maybe she should be working elsewhere:)!!!
