From my recent experience of trying to get NowTV to be installed I know for a fact I have been lied at worst or mislead to be generous to NowTV.
The call centre helplne girl I spoke seemed qite indifferent and dismissive of my concerns and, quite frankly, couldn't get me off the line quick enough.
After my first posting some 'helper' suggested I give up and just go with BT and stop whining.
Well I'm not a person to just 'give up' nor to be deceived easily and forgive them that trespass. No, I ain't religious.
The latest email tells me that they can't help due to Covid19, which makes me wonder; how many companies are going to use THAT as an excuse for poor customer service?
