Nowtv lying

just had an interesting chat with a member of the help team. Seems like they've been lying for months. 

I'll post the transcript of my chat, apologies for how long it is, they cut me off at the end after I'd been passed from one person to another for no apparent reason but I think it's  because I'd clearly found out more than they were comfortable sharing. I'll post the transcript in a separate post below. 

What do you all make of the back tracking, covering his tracks and lies???
