NowTV broadband down?

Hello, is the internet down because I can’t seem to get my router to connect to the internet. It’s done this several times in the 2 years I have been with nowtv and normally I ring them and it magically gets sorted as soon as I’m on the phone to them but now I can’t ring them because of this virus stuff. Any one know?

Once again, the Internet is "not available with NowTV". It keeps doing tjis. Anyone know why?

As for calling customer services in terms of broadband queries you are still able to do using the number found on this link.

Thanks for that. Yes I tried the troubleshooting article. Helpful up to a
point. Ill try ringing.
