NowTV Broadband Problems

Absolutely by far the worst internet I've had the experience of paying for.. I used to get better download speeds on Limewire back in 03/04.. literally took me 4 days for one download in 2021..

Whilst I am not a Now broadband customer, I can only provide some links for troubleshooting and also the contact number. 

Have you tried to "reset" the router back to factory settings?

Your Hub Two is dual-band (2.4GHz and 5 GHz). Splitting these bands to create 2 different Wi-Fi networks can help to improve the speed to your devices. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Connect your Hub Two to your laptop or computer using an Ethernet cable.
  2. Open your web browser and enter "192.168.0.1” in the address bar.
  3. Select Maintenance and enter “admin” and “nowtv” as the username and password.
  4. Select Wireless and then 2.4 GHz Wireless Settings
  5. Scroll down to “Wireless Access Point” and uncheck Synchronise 2.4GHz and 5GHz Settings.
  6. In the ‘Name (SSID)’ box, Change the network name to distinguish it from the current network (e.g. add “_2.4G” to the current name). Select Apply.
  7. Check the network name has been updated, and then select 5GHz Wireless Settings.
  8. To be able to see easily which network is which on your devices, change the ‘Name (SSID)’ here too (e.g. add “_5G” to the current name). Select Apply.
  9. That’s it. Select Logout at the top of the screen to exit.

I hope this phone number works when I try tomorrow morning as it is driving me crazy not being able to get in touch when I have rubbish connection and my monthly subscription has gone up!!!

Nowtv Internet has been the worst for the last 6 months, they finally sent out an engineer to fix the issues and that has lasted 1 week, Internet is now back down as of this evening. So far this year I've spent more days without Internet than with, hate the fact they won't waiver the early exit fees so I can go else where to obtain stable Internet. Next door has no problems with Vodafone yet I'm constantly down and I don't own a TV everything runs off a projector via the ps4, so I'm literally without anything to do. They owe me a lot of money back or they need to let me exit out of my contract early.

Your best to keep calling NOW broadband customer service. 
The broadband runs off OpenReaches network so there is only so much NOW can do.
