Under My Account > Orders & Appointments if you click on the arrow next to your live Broadband & Telephone date it should bring up a telephone number to call.
I am assuming you have hooked up the NowTV Router to your telephone socket and plugged in the power supply by following the instructions that came in the box ?
If so, on the front of the Hub Router is there 3 green solid lights showing ?
Should you see the three green lights constantly on, then your internet is live and good to go.
Also for clarification the NowTV Hub is purely a Router for connecting over the internet and not a streaming device for watching NowTV on.
