Now tv stick volume

I have a new stick , I’ve set it all up correctly paired remote and initially it works fine until I turn the tv off then the volume stops?!? Any ideas I’ve reset the stick once and it’s happened again; I’ve also put it in to a different tv but it’s happened again!!! HELP!!!!

@Anonymous User excuse my bluntness but why would you expect any sound if you've turned the TV off? If the TV's off, then it's speakers are off, hence no sound.

 

Are you under the impression that a NowTV stick works in some manner without the TV being on?

dont no if iam in right place i have a fire stick my volume  fluxctuate when i watch now app

Have you tried to delete and reinstall the app? 

Does it happen with other apps on the fire stick?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

thats my volume ok now on fire stick thanks for help
