Hi @Anonymous User

That's fine, when you first start the NOW stream or swap live NOW channels it ramps up to 8023 from a low figure in a couple of seconds (where i am guessing it's the streaming buffer used by NOW).

My Youview box NOW App does the exact same thing until it hits around the 8000 figure.

So what’s the difference between 7830 and 8023?

No idea, but anything close to a figure of 8000 is 1080p.

2.5% extra throughput. A small difference in the packing efficiency of the signal.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Hi @Anonymous User

The picture on my Amazon 4K Fire Stick has always looked sharp and detailed to me.

Been using my Roku Stick + more recently.

Will spend some time over the weekend to see if i can see any improvement with sharpness of the picture when watching NOW with my Boost Membership on the 4K Fire Stick.
