I’ve had an email stating my payment is overdue, in 7 days my broadband will be cut off as it declined, my last payment was 20th January as per my statement and my next payment isn’t due until 20th February just wondering if anyone knows why I’d get this as the live chat doesn’t work

I have also checked my now tv statement and it says paid on 20th January

I’ve still had no reply from any now tv services and I’m worried my internet will be disconnected this weekend now,I’ve screen shot the payment taken pages and pdf, live chat is no longer a person and I don’t have time to call now tv at the moment
