Now tv payment taken 12 days early

I’ve had an email stating my payment is overdue, in 7 days my broadband will be cut off as it declined, my last payment was 20th January as per my statement and my next payment isn’t due until 20th February just wondering if anyone knows why I’d get this as the live chat doesn’t work

@Anonymous User when you say statement do you mean your Now TV statement or your bank account? What day does it show as having been collected?

I’ve still had no reply from any now tv services and I’m worried my internet will be disconnected this weekend now,I’ve screen shot the payment taken pages and pdf, live chat is no longer a person and I don’t have time to call now tv at the moment
