Should be supported straight out of the box.
I haven't got a Hisense Roku Smart TV, but see if there is anything under the TV settings if there is an option to force a software update or go to the TV Apps channels section and see if there is anything under TV / Films or search channels by typing in NowTV.
Also try a power reboot by unplugging the mains socket for a minute to see if that kicks start the NowTV App to appear somewhere on your TV Apps section.
